Calandtroep

The Rotterdam Seascouttroop Calandtroep is one of the oldest (1913) troops of Rotterdam and is located in the old part of our city where poverty is very common. That is the reason why our campfees and contributions are very low. Scouting is ment for everyone and even if someone cannot afford to pay those low fees, we will "arrange" a solution, so the boy can join if he wants to.

The Calandtroep is a Seascouttroop and seascouting in Holland is quite different from the seascouting in the rest of the world (I think). For a better understanding we advise you to read  the page Seascouting in Holland
